Iowa Real Estate License Renewal

You can now renew your Iowa real estate license online at the Iowa real estate commission website.

You will be asked to verify you have completed your continuing education requirements.  Please note that you must complete 36 hours of Iowa real estate continuing education. 

Please note:

1.  If you fail to renew your real estate license by December 31,
     2007,  you can not continue to practice beyond that date.

2.  Paper renewals will NOT be mailed this year.  Instead you
     will receive a flyer as a reminder it is time to renew the
     license.          

3.  If you elect not to renew online, you may download the
     renewal form in PDF format and print a regular paper
     form.
